Our FRESH turkeys are stored at 29°F per Health Department rules, so yours may be slightly frozen at pickup, with ice crystals or a firm outer layer. This is normal and preserves freshness. Thawing typically takes about 24 hours in the refrigerator, but may take longer for larger birds. For extra time, consider picking up on Tuesday.

All pre-order turkeys will be available for pickup only on November 24th and November 25th.
