What if an item I ordered is not available?
It happens in rare situations! We will replace or remove the item from your order as per Replacement preference specified by you before placing the order.

What is your return policy?
All the claims must be made within 24 hours of "Pick Up" or Delivery time. You are 100% covered for quality satisfaction, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, just let us know and we will refund you in full.

Can I make changes to the order once it is placed?
Yes, you can make changes up to few hours before the Pick Up or Delivery Time.

Why is my credit card charged different amount than my order total?
When you place your order, instead of immediately charging your card, we place a temporary authorization hold for an amount slightly higher than your order total at checkout. We place this authorization hold in case your total turns out to be higher due to added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments. After the order is complete, the hold will drop off, and your card will be charged for the final total as shown in the email receipt. The final charge will appear on the statement within 7 business days after order completion.

What are your delivery areas and fees?
We deliver within 10 miles of our stores. We charge a service fee that is equal to 5% of order subtotal for pick up and delivery orders. This fee enables us to cover the labor cost of picking the online orders. In addition, for delivery orders, we charge a distance based fee of $7.50 up to 3 miles, $8.99 up to 5 miles, $11.49 up to 8 miles, and $13.99 up to 10 miles. Please note that the delivery areas and fees are subject to change. And information on this page can become outdated over time. Our website always shows the most up to date and accurate fees before placing the order. So please check the fees carefully before placing your order.

Do you charge any bag fees with online orders?
Yes, we charge bag fees where applicable in accordance with local laws. The exact fees depend on the number of bags used to pack your order and hence is not known at the time of placing order. Your final receipt will always show the fees charged for the bags.

How do credit card charges work?
Orders placed via Healthy Living To Go require credit card authorization. This authorization is a temporary hold on your credit card, not a charge. Once your order is picked and ready to be picked up or delivered (or holiday orders collected) your card will be officially charged. If you fail to pick up pre-order holiday items we do charge your card the full amount of the order and donate the items to our local food shelf. This system is in place to ensure that items that are pre-ordered or made to order are paid for, as Healthy Living is not able to resell these if they are not claimed.
